Eye For Nature Stage

EFN Stage exists to transform harmful systems into systems that heal, recover, and regenerate, so they can care for people, planet, and all life on Earth. The next generation is ready to drive that change.

EFN Stage is the platform within Eye For Nature where the next generation actively helps shape the future. It brings together young professionals, students and emerging leaders who are motivated to contribute to societal and economic transitions.

Through Young Boards, high-impact internships and co-creation projects, EFN Stage creates a space where young perspectives are not only heard, but structurally embedded in strategy, decision-making and action; always in close collaboration with governments, companies, and research institutes.

A stage for what?

Societal and economic transitions call for new perspectives and new forms of leadership. Young people bring energy, creativity and a sense of urgency, yet they are rarely given structural influence in decision-making. EFN Stage was created to change this: a space where young thinkers and doers not only have a voice, but genuinely co-decide and contribute to systemic change.

Tulisha Malichi

“Through the Next Generation Ag Impact Network, an initiative of Eye For Nature, I’ve had the opportunity to bridge generations and geographies in agriculture, from advocating for youth representation in policy spaces in Africa to supporting intergenerational dialogue at the World Seed Congress in Rotterdam. EFN has not only expanded my global network but strengthened my leadership, stakeholder engagement, and commitment to building inclusive and resilient food systems.”

The societal and economic demand

Businesses, governments and knowledge institutions feel a growing urgency to involve young people in complex transitions – from sustainability to human capital and innovation. At the same time, they struggle with how to do this in a meaningful way, without reducing youth involvement to symbolism. With over 30 years of experience in designing these collaborative spaces, Eye For Nature supports organisations through Young Boards, high-impact internships and co-creation processes, enabling young people to be structurally involved in strategy, decision-making and implementation, tailored to each sector and context.

Using our strength

We asked Dieter van den Broeck (Commonland) what he thinks is the strength of EFN: “What has inspired me a lot, is the way Eye For Nature involves youth: they don’t only give youth a voice, but also leadership. In this way, youth are part of important conversations with a strong and clear voice.”
