What do we offer?
Since 2019, the Oogst van Overmorgen has offered a unique opportunity for young farmers, entrepreneurs, civil servants, and young professionals in the food sector to shape the future of our food and agricultural systems together. In this program, participants engage in discussions and take action to explore and strengthen their role in the food transition.
Oogst van Overmorgen helps participants understand the agricultural and food system from various perspectives and encourages personal development. Throughout the program, they work on innovative ideas that they can apply within their own work environment. Participants develop essential skills and build the confidence to make a positive impact in the food transition together with others.
Who is it for?
For young leaders in the food sector who want to contribute to a future-proof food and agricultural system and are looking for inspiration, knowledge, and practical tools to increase their impact.
What is included in the program?
- An intake session with one of our trainers to explore your personal goals
- A one-year program consisting of a total of nine training days
- Accommodation and meals during the training days
- An Oogst van Overmorgen folder with all materials, models, and tools to apply in your own context
- Outdoor time and space for reflection
- Access to an action-oriented alumni network of thinkers & doers
- Access to an annual alumni weekend with all cohorts
- A personal Oogst van Overmorgen sweatshirt
What are the conditions?
- Cancellations made 4 or more months before the start of the training will receive a 75% refund of the participation fee.
- Cancellations made within 4 months of the start of the training will receive a 50% refund of the participation fee.
- Cancellations made in the last month before the start of the program will not receive a refund.
- No refund is provided for cancellations after the program has started.
Budget:
The program costs €5,500 excluding VAT. We will work with you and your employer to find a price that is affordable. We collaborate with chain partners, government bodies, and advocacy organizations to make participation possible.
