Breeding Ground
Sustainable strategy & young generations as change-makers
Within Breeding Ground, our main goal is to help organizations realize their sustainability policies and become future-proof – with nature as a source of inspiration and young generations as agents of change.
In nature, everything revolves around balance and adaptation. The same is true for businesses: to grow sustainably and resiliently, you must adapt to the challenges of tomorrow. At Eye for Nature, we guide companies in developing future-proof strategies that align with their core values.
How do we achieve this?
- Actively involve young people in policy-making through Young Boards or young employee networks.
- Translating CSRD obligations into opportunities for innovation and impact.
- Co-creative work on future strategies in which sustainability acts as an enabler.
- Guidance in developing and implementing sustainability strategies (CSRD, ESG, etc.) that go beyond compliance.
- Stimulating knowledge exchange through the Eye For Nature cooperative, to learn and grow together.
- Guidance in policy evaluation, stakeholder engagement and cultural change around sustainability.
- Strengthen innovation, support and commitment by giving young talent a structural role in decision-making.
